It has been a while since I have put up a post. Mostly, I have been busy working my butt off, but also I had little to report. With Magdalena still away in Southern California and Jeff B on vacation, they were kind of MIA. But they are back.
So, let's start with the Good News. Debra V has been doing GREAT!!! She lost 4 pounds last week. She is part of a "challenge" group that is keeping her super motivated. Maria M has also done well. She dropped another pound. She is a little frustrated that the weight is not dropping off faster.
Everyone is different, which is why it is important to try an keep that food log. If you are following the diet religiously and still not loosing, or loosing very little, it's time to evaluate a few things such as portion size, time of day you eat your meals and how much exercise you are getting. Once you see your patterns, it is easy to change them.
The BAD NEWS...both Magdalena and Jeff gained some of their weight back. But not to worry...we are not back to square. We are going to kick start this again with another couple of weeks of phase 1.
Someday we will start phase 2!!
